A much travelled, rebuilt (and renumbered) locomotive that was constructed as a 2-4-0 in Oullins, Lyon, France for the Northern Railway (Norte) as their No. 127 but was changed to No. 382 and then to No. 1382 before being sold, in 1873, to the Medina del Campo-Salamanca Railway as their No. 9. It was rebuilt as an 0-6-0 in 1877 when its railway amalgamated with the National Western Railway (Oeste) in 1928 to become their No. 119. Incorporated into RENFE during 1941, with it’s current identity as No. 030-2107 ‘EL ALAGON’ , it spent its last days at Madrid Delicias depot.
