Further investigation shows it was at the Orcanera Iron Ore Co., with an ‘A’, based in Cantabria, northern Spain and to the south of Santander, from where the locomotive got it’s name.

I show the name as ORCONERA which was an iron company in Basque area.

This locomotive was built for the Bilbao to Durango Railway as their No. 4. The railway became part of the Campania Minera de Sierra Menera, that gave the locomotive No. 103 ‘ORCANERA’ (please note spelling).
