Originally locomotive No. 6 BOBADILLA of the Algeciras-Bobadilla Railway, which was sold to the Andaluces Railway in 1913, and then transferred to Alicante in 1926 along with two other members, Nos. 4 & 5, of the class. All were incorporated into RENFE (as Nos. 220-021/2/3) in 1941 and No. 6 then became No. 220-023..
