The loco appears to have been first registered as Cukrownia Matwy 1, Inowroclaw in the last decade of the 20th century. By 1947 it had moved to become Cukrownia Kruszwica No. 9 and latterly No. 22, in which identity is was retired from service in 1977 and moved, a decade later, as CK 22 to the Narrow Gauge Museum, ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia
