This locomotive was carried across the pond in late 1948 and reached Bydgoszcz Wschód a few months later. It first saw allocation, for a short period, at Karsznice depot in 1963 before returning home before journeying the full depth of the country between Gdynia Grabówek and Oswiecim from 1966 to 1971! It was withdrawn from service in 1979 and sold to what is now FTT Stomil, Wolbrom (presumeably as a Stationary Boiler) then in 1981 had a stop in Jaworzyna Slaska before reaching Karsznice in 1994, where it is currently displayed at the Skansen Rolling Stock Karsznice, ul. Kolejowa 6, 98-220 Zdunska Wola, Lódz
