This locomotive was both ordered and delivered to the DRB as No. 52 4770 before joining the PKP in 1945 at Rybnik. It moved around Silesia and was at Czechowice Dziedzice towards the end of 1954. Later it spent nearly 30 years at Jarocin before arriving at Wolszytn in 1987 from where it was withdrawn from service and sent into store at nearby Powodowa, a small village station with adjacent sidings a few km distance to the west of Wolsztyn, before returning during 2016, where it now stands as a wreck with several others in a similar condition between station and depot, off Dworcowa 6, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Greater Poland.
