This locomotive was delivered to Jarotschiner Kreisbahn (Jarocin County Railway) as their No. 5 and in 1949 joined the PKP as No. Txb4-471 in Witaszyce. During 1950 it was rebuilt at ZNTK Mlawa and re-numbered No. Tyb5-471 in 1962 it was at Myszyniec and, by 1973 it had reached Bialosliwie from where it was withdrawn in 1974 and placed at the disposal of Warsaw Railway Museum. In 1980 it was put on display at the Narrow Gauge Railway Museum, Branch of the Palucka Region Museum in Znin, Wenecja near Znin, 88-410 Gasawa, Kuravia-Pomerania
