This locomotive was first delivered to the Opalenitzaer Kleinbahn, Turowo (now closed) as an access railway for the transportation of sugar beet during WWI. It became, briefly, PKP-B No. Txb1-1211 from 1949 until 1953 when it was sold to Cukrowni Brzesc Kujawski as their No. 13 and worked until 1968. It took until 1986 for it to go to, and is now regarded as a wreck bearing the side number 2, at the Narrow Gauge Museum at ul. Towarowa 7, 96-500 Sochaczew, Masovia
