Pd5-17 (13.1247) is a Prussian S6 type locomotive which was originally one of seventy delivered to KPEV Hamburg Altona, No. 656 and, from 1920 became DRB No. 13 1247 whence, in 1928, it was withdrawn from capital stock and designated for training purposes, being cross-sectioned (boiler, cylinder and tender) in RAW Brandenburg. It was found in occupied Lódz during 1945 and, by 1954, had found its way to the Railway Technical School in Warsaw at ul. Szczesliwicka, where he stood until 2010 and was taken to Skierniewice. However, ILFORD, reports that its original identity was Pd5-32 (DRG 13.544) Linke-Hoffmann 862/1912 though, whilst not questioning his knowledge, I can find no evidence of this. It is now under repair inside the roundhouse at the Railway Museum and Roundhouse, operated by the Polish Association of Railway Enthusiasts, where it is plinthed at ul. Lowicka 1, 96-100 Skierniewice, Lódz

ILFORD reports that the displayed identity is not the real identity of the loco and it is actually Pd5-32 (DRG 13.544) Linke-Hoffmann 862/1912.
