Ty51-9 was delivered to the large Zdunska-Wola Karsznice depot and subsequently registered at many Polish depots country-wide until being placed on display in 1993 at Bielsko Biala Station. It was then taken, in 2011, and where it is now regarded as a wreck, to outside the former PKP Cargo depot at Kraków Plaszow, Prokocimska, 30-719 Kraków, Lesser Poland
