Ty45-94 joined the PKP at Warszawa Praga depot, visited Opole in 1958 and Ostrów Wlkp. in 1963 before being stored at Wroclaw Gadów in 1981. It returned to service in 1984 at Kluczbork, from where it was withdrawn in 1987 before moving back to Ostrów Wlkp., this time, in 1988, for display outside the depot entrance at Jana Skorupki 2, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolsk
