The locomotive was delivered to Piotrków Trybunalski where it spent most of its working life before moving to Lódz Olechów in the summer of 1962, Nearly a decade later, in 1970, it was at Lódz Kaliska, before again moving to Czechowice Dziedzice from where, in 1974, it went to Oswiecim followed in 1976 by Tarnowskie Góry from where it was eventually withdrawn in 1982. In 1990, went for display at the open-air museum in Karsznice, where it is currently displayed at the Skansen Rolling Stock Karsznice, ul. Kolejowa 6, 98-220 Zdunska Wola, Lódz
