Tye locomotive was originally delivered to the Heeresfeldbahn at their Reserve Park, Berlin and first numbered as HF 1082 prior to going to the Forest Railway, now in Poland.

Nothing is known of this locomotive prior to 1945 when it has certainly been at Osrodek Transportu Lesnego (ZKL Hajnówka), now Lesna Hajnówka (Hajnowka Forest Railway), ul. Dzielnicowa 12, 17-200 Hajnówka, Podlaskie. The factory data of the Tx 200 locomotive remains undetermined, only the number of its current boiler (15959), which it received from another machine, is known
