The locomotive was first delivered to the Sand railway company of the Count of Ballestrem, Pyskowice as their No. 9, which following the cessation of hostilities in 1945 became PMPPW Pyskowice No. TKz 211, only later KWK Sosnica in Gliwice. It was withdrawn in 1974 and, over a decade later in 1985, renovated in ZNTK Bydgoszcz then presented to the (soon to be moved and demolished) Stacja Muzeum. ul. Towarowa 1, 00-811 Warszawa, Masovia
