Dale W Fickés reports: The history of this locomotive, prior to WWII is unknown but in 1970s the Lagiewniki Sugar Plant, brought to PKPe Warszawa Odolany locomotive depot and it was withdrawn in 1974, In 1988, following renovation at the Steam Engine Repair Plant in Tczew, it was set as a monument in the PKP Training Centre, Gdansk Stogi and was later moved to the Skansen Parowozownia,, ul.
