Until 2021 it was thought to be Pt47-78, but is actually Pt47-155.

Pt47-78 Jaworzyna Slaska, Poland only served at two depots during its lifetime, i.e. from 1949 when delivered at Wroclaw Glowny and at Klodzko from 1979 until withdrawal in 1988. It was noted in Scinawka Srednie in 1993 before reaching Jaworzyna Slaska and is now exhibited as a wreck at the Museum of Industry and Railways in Silesia, ul. Towarowa 4, 58-140 Jaworzyna Slaska, Lesser Silesia
