This locomotive is running falsely on the plates of Ol49-69 (which is still extant as a wreck in Leszno). No. 99 joined the PKP at Klodzko and apparently spent two decades here before moving to Jaworzyna Slaska, and shortly afterwards Ostroleka. From 1979 it spent another fifteen years at Krzyz before, in 1994, moving to store in Choszczno and being withdrawn from there in 2000. It had a major repair at ZNTK Gneizno in 2001, from where it was sent in an active state as No. Ol49-69 to Wolsztyn. It was loaned, in 2006, to Gdynia for the summer seasonal Costerina service and afterwards, back to Gniezno for more repairs. By 2009 it was found that the external boiler certificate had expired so, on this occasion - Gnizno having now closed - it was taken to its parent depot of Leszno for repairs. It was not until 2012 that it was back at Wolsztyn but, in 2015, the deadline for external boiler inspection had again been exceeded and it was late 2017 before the locomotive had been again to Leszno for repairs and back again working at PKP Cargo, ul. Fabryczna 1, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Greater Poland.
