This locomotive was first delivered to Poznan Glówny Osobowa depot at the start of the year and moved around locally until reaching Olsztyn in 1966. It returned to Torun Kluczyki at the start of 1975 and, in 1991 had reached north to Elk and, in 1994, Choszczno (probably where dumped in Reserve). It was withdrawn in 2000 and, a couple of months later was conveyed from Krzyz to Gniezno and shortly afterwards, in 2001, taken to Wolsztyn as a wreck, where it remains on store lines opposite the station, off Dworcowa 6, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Greater Poland.
