This locomotive initially went to Deblin at the end of its build year and around a decade later was at Kielce, Poznan Glówny Osobowa and Zbaszynek. It worked from Leszno in 1974 and, from 1985, Wolsztyn. It was withdrawn from service here in 2000 and the following year passed (and failed) the deadline for a boiler inspection. It is now dumped here as a wreck and remains on store lines opposite the station, off Dworcowa 6, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Greater Poland.

The status "Operational" looks a bit weird to me. With a lot of luck and effort it could be rebuild, but according to the picture, it is not operational...
