A locomotive delivered to Kutno, where it stayed for nine years before moving to Lódz Kaliska and later northwards to Elk in 1966, before Suwalki and Bialystok in the mid 1970s. It arrived in Wolsztyn during the Autumn of 1982 and has made several visits for repairs at Gneizno during the past twenty years and upon closure of that ZNTK, in 2014, to Leszno. It has generally proved an excellent runner and in currently in active service at the PKP (now Cargo) depot, ul. Fabryczna 1, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Greater Poland.
