Introduced from the factory to Poznan Glówny Osobowa, it was still in the city a decade later. By 1965 it had moved to Olsztyn and in 1972 was Sierpc. It was withdrawn in 1991 and, in 1994, handed over to the open-air museum in Jaworzyna Slaska after repairs at ZNTK Pila. It was placed on loan to Wolsztyn in 2000, and permanently transferred towards the end of 2001. It was taken for major repairs to Gneizno in 2004 which lasted a year to late 2005. Two years later, in 2007, it went to the PKP depot in Leszno, where the repairs again began by dis-assembling the steam engine into its initial parts, now as a wreck. However, the work is still at a stand-still here at PKP Cargo depot, ul. Zacisze, 64-100 Leszno, Greater Poland
