Ol49-100 was originally supplied to Klodzko depot in the summer of 1954 and it was twenty years before moving on to Torun Kluczyki. Three years later, in 1987, it went to Zagan and to Chabówka in 1991. It made working appearances at Wolsztyn in 1999 but is currently awaiting repairs at Skansen Taboru Kolejowego, 34-720 Chabówka, Lesser Poland
