This unique locomotive originally was Latvijas dzelzcelš (Latvian Railways - LVD) No. Tk 235, joining the DRB in 1944 and shortly afterwards the PKP in 1945 at Lazy, presumably as the distinctive No. OKa1-1, and from where it was withdrawn in 1969, later being stored at Tarnowskie Góry. In 1973 it went for renovation at ZNTK Olesnica and is now at the (soon to be moved and demolished) Stacja Muzeum. ul. Towarowa 1, 00-811 Warszawa, Masovia
