TKp-6042 was delivered to KWK Knurów where it worked until at least 1967. In January 1973 it was at ZTKiGK Zabrze and it was not until 1996 that it was moved to the Polish Association of Railway Enthusiasts, where it is plinthed at ul. Lowicka 1, 96-100 Skierniewice, Lódz
