This locomotive is, of course a DRB Kreigslok design but was produced too late for service with that company and it may have been designated 52 4051, a number it could never have operated in this guise on the German railway. Instead it was delivered from Fabryka, Chrzanów as No. 1647 in 1946. a year after WWII finished, to the PKP depot in Katowice in its current guise or perhaps under Soviet recognition, though I can find no record of this, as No. TE-4051. Whilst operating, mostly within Silesia - it reached Wolsztyn towards the end of 1985 - it was last fired and then withdrawn near the end of 2010, and six months later was taken for storage at Powodowa, a small village station with adjacent sidings a few km distance to the west of Wolsztyn, before returning as a wreck, at the end of 2016 and where it now stands with several others in a similar condition between station and depot, off Dworcowa 6, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Greater Poland.
