Ty45-158 was delivered to Ostrów Wlkp. and was actually based in Pyskowice during 1974 and 1985. It had its boiler pressure reduced at Strzemieszyce in 1987 and was withdrawn just three years later in Pyskowice. In 1994 it went to Chabówka, where wheel sets were changed from OKz32-2, and then to Zakopane then, in 1996 to Krzeszowice. In early 2008 it went from Krzeszowice to Pyskowice where it remains at Skansen TOZK Pyskowice, Piaskowa 1, 44-120 Pyskowice, Silesia
