This locomotive was delivered to KPEV as Posen 7247 and, from 1920 Osten 7247. It became in 1925 DRB No. 91 1041 and joined the PKP fleet in 1945. During 1957 it was at Leszno, a satelite depot of Poznan Glówmy Towarowa but was moved to Ostrów Wlkp. in 1962. In 1964 it was transferred to the Potato Industrial Plant, Lubon then withdrawn from PKP service by 1972. In 1988 it was given to the Poznan Railway Modelers Club and taken to that city. It had a major repair at nearby ZNTK Gniezno in 1995 and later went to Wolsztyn, where it stood outside for several years. It was back at Gniezno in 2001, but afterwards this time in 2010 went on display in the new museum at the former depot in ul. Engine house 1, 63-200 Jarocin, Greater Poland
