TKh-643 was built for the Saturn Cement Plan, Wojkowice. It was withdrawn in 1992 and sold to a buyer from France, who ordered a major repair at Interlock Pila. The work was never completed. In 2019 it was taken for display at the Open Air Steam Museum, ul. Towarowa 4, 58-140 Jaworzyna Slaska. Lower Silesia
