Dale W Fickés reports:

TKh-5376 Although laid in 1956, it would appear that the original boiler, No. 17632, was not provided by the boiler construction workshops in Sosnowieckie until 1959, after which time the completed locomotive was delivered to Zaklady Azotowe of Kedzierzyn Kozle. During 1977 it turned up at the Military Automotive Works in Glowno and, in 1988, was placed on display at Lódz Widzew Station where it stayed until 2003 when it was moved to the premises of a private company on the site of the former Anilana Polanil Textile Plant in Lódz. In 2007 it was moved again, this time to Ozorków and, hopefully finally in 2012 to the new museum in Jarocin, where it is now displayed at Lokomotywownia Jarocin, ul. Parowozownia 1, 63-200 Jarocin, Greater Poland
