This locomotive was delivered to, and worked all its life at KWB Turów until, in 1990, it was taken to the PKP depot in Wegliniec and restored before being plinthed in 1993. However, in 2017 it has moved and now plinthed at a small rail museum celebrating the 50th Anniversary of Granting City Rights at the intersection of ul Sikorskiego & Partyzantów, 59-940 Wegliniec, Lower Silesia
