TKt48-18 entered service at Warszawa Wschodnia depot and visited the Open-air museum of steam locomotives in Jaworzyna Slaska in 1994. It had major repairs in 2006. In 2010 it was transported to Interlock in Pila, via Poznan and in 2013 it was again awaiting repairs at the Museum of Industry and Railways in Silesia, ul. Towarowa 4, 58-140 Jaworzyna Slaska, Lesser Silesia
