This locomotive was delivered from the factory to Nasielsk and fifteen years later went to Siedlce. In 1977 it went to Malaszewicze and arrived at Wolsztyn in 1990, where it worked until 1998 and from where it was withdrawn from service near the end of 2012. It is now stored, alongside several others, next to the railway station off Dworcowa 6, 64-200 Wolsztyn, Greater Poland.
