This locomotive was produced for the DRB as No. 52 5123but soon adopted its PKP identity when allocated to Krzyz Wlkp. in 1945. It spent a couple of years travelling in Western Poland before going to Kraków Plaszów in 1947 and several other Silesian cities, including Chabówka in 1952. It reached Wolsztyn in 1987 from where, in 1994, it was permanently adapted to act as Stationary Boiler in the hall of the locomotive shed at Leszno, lasting until 2011 when it was withdrawn and where it remains, as a wreck at the PKP Cargo depot, ul. Zacisze, 64-100 Leszno, Greater Poland.
