The letters CSR, or more correctly CSR, are just an hybrid interpretaion of the more correct CSD formed following WW1. Nothing to do with China!

Delivered to Depot Praha Smíchov / 1961 LD Ceské Budejovice / decommissioned in 1967 Ceské Budejovice, / monument in Ceské Velenice / renovation began in Ceské Velenice in 2009, but failed / 2014 handover to the DHV in Lužná near Rakovník and overhaul into operation state /2019 ready for operation
