This loco is operational and was operating shuttle trains on the short Nyrany - Dioss branch on 2/9/23.

Delivered to kkStB "19761" / 1906 "97.161" / 1914 Šumperk, Prague Vršovice-Nusle / 1935 GEG Prague - Neratovice "310.072" / 1963 Lachema Chemie Werk, Kaznejov /1972 monument in the Pilsen depot / overhauled in exhibition condition in 1980 / 1 993 - 1995 repair to operational condition / 2010 general boiler repair, operational / out of service since 2021, available for repair in Plzen (in the care of the Plzenská dráha association)

After 1935 it became Eisenstein Trinec bearing the same CSD identity and was later preserved as a museum locomotive
