The letters CSR are just an hybrid interpretation of the more correct CSD formed following WW1. Nothing at all to do with China! Also the stationary boiler is either K721 or, indeed K521 according to Achim. The locomotive is now at Turnov.

See photo, front number is 555-3221. Loco originally 555-0221 as a coal burner, but was rebuilt to burn oil in 1963 and 3000 added to the number.
