The original SHS stands for State of Slovenes, Croats and Serbs (Slovencev, Hrvatov in Srbov), for whom the locomotive first worked as No. 3027. Later it worked for Yugoslavian Railway (JŽ) as No. 71-022, where it finished work at Prijedor, Bosnia from where it was first plinthed in the JŽ depot at Rajlovac, outside Sarajevo, Bosnia, since moved to be plinthed inside the main railway station in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina in its JŽ identity.

This loco is actually located on the platform at Sarajevo station (seen there in April 2014), not in Rajlovac depot.
