The locomotive was originally to be built as BLW 15914 but circumstances, prevented this at the time which was diverted to Henschel who delivered it to the DRB - Deutsche Reichsbahn as No. 52 817 and a year later it went to the RBGD - Reichsbahn General Directorate of the British Zone of Occupation, Bielefeld in the same identity. This became in 1946 the HVE - Main administration of the railways of the American and British occupation area, later the Railway Department into the Transport Administration that in 1949 formed the ensuing, DB - Deutsche Bundesbahn. The locomotive was retired from work here in 1951 and subsequently was sold to the JDŽ - Jugoslovenske državne železnic, Belgrade, Yugoslavia as No. 33-236 that in 1954 became the JŽ - Jugoslovenske Železnice, Belgrade. It later went to the YU] "33-236"coal mine company Kreka, Tuzla - then also Yugoslavia, now Bosnia-Herzegovenia and where it was stored in 2020.
