The O&K 9538/1921 was assigned the company number E18 and was delivered to the Japanese Army Field Railway. After 1945 it was bought by the private railway company Seibu and used in a gravel works in Ahina as locomotive 1 until around 1951. After being parked, the locomotives were taken to the UNESCO Park near Seibo, where the E18 was planned to be refurbished to make it operational for use on the park railway. However, this did not happen due to the poor condition of the locomotive and the track width that did not match the parking track, so the locomotive was only visually refurbished. In 1992, the UNESCO Park in Seibu was closed. The E18 was taken over by the "Press Railway" in Tokyo and erected as a monument in front of the Shin-Egota office building in Nerima City. Can be seen well in Google Street View. Location: 35.73412528916867, 139.67180757354137

I ave ths down as Japanese Military Railway No. E18 though, without any phootographic evidence, it is difficult to ascertain. It was later with the Seibo-Yamaguchi Railway before being displayed in the UNESCO park, Seibo, Tokyo, Japan where it was in1986.
