Originally built for the Müller-Altvater construction company, Stuttgart, Germany that, by 1978 or indeed in 1962, was adopted by the railway in Silver Dollar City, Missouri, USU who initially added trailing wheels to make this a 0-4-2T, subsequently removed.

Wheel arrangement is 0-4-0T. The pony trucks have been salvaged.

This locomotive is no longer in operation. It is currently stored outside the roundhouse at Silver Dollar City. Many parts have been removed including the headlight, bell, whistle, etc. They hope to restore it someday.

13 will be out of service until they can rebuild it, they have been having problems plus they need room for 504

13 and the other locomotives were used in a German shipyard in World War II and came to SDC in 1962.
