Supplied through a Dutch intermediary to PT Trib Guna Bina, Java for Sugar Mill Trangkil, and where it still was in 2003 though may now have been moved.

According to local resident Aditya Buddidarma Cholisi, this locomotive is now (July 2018) in a scrapyard at Sawojajar, Malang, Java.
