Found this Locomotive’s Baldwin Spec sheet online from Southern Methodist University’s DeGolyer Library. The purchaser is listed as Rodman Lumber Company but the painting specifications have it being lettered “O.V.” (maybe for the Ocklawaha Valley Railroad). It also left Eddystone with ‘The Baldwin Locomotive Works’ property plates applied but had a set of “RODMAN LUMBER COMPANY” property plates drill to match the holes on the locomotive and tender sent to a Mr Tapley. This info from the Baldwin Specs Vol 65 p236 (in the PDF page it is 147). Does anyone know when/why the cab was painted with the number 7? I noticed it rusting through the current black paint during my last inspection and my best guess is a left over from Monee.
