Looking for information on this locomotive as I may be in possession of its manufacturer build plate and I am very curious about the locomotives history.

This engine never went to Richwood, WV. A sister locomotive was displayed at the late Jim Comstock's museum of the hills. That engine was later scrapped on site. These engines were used on the gob pile, pushing air dump cars. The BC&G road engines all still exist. One for the OH central, another at the NC RR museum, and the last on display in Maryland.

The engine is currently in an Elk River Coal and Lumber Co. paintscheme with the number 10, still sitting in front Heritage Station now know as the Boston Beanery

That engine came from the BC&G "Buffalo Creek & Gauley" RR in Clay Co WV. It belonged to the Elk River Coal And Lumber Co. in the later years till it was moved to huntington. I think it sat in Richwood WV for a while

I am working on the history of the town that engine 100 ran in, I knew the engineer of the train. I would like to come down and visit her. I have painted a picture of her for my book.
