I spoke with the owner of this locomotive and he reports that it has been moved to Alamosa, Colorado. The operation at Globe did not work out as planned.

I spotted this locomotive on a flat bed of a semi-truck in Lincoln, Ne on 12-30-08. The body was in good shape but a bit of disrepair. The wheel sets were not with the motor. The bell, lights and interior valves and handles were still intact. The wooden doors were still attached but were chained as best they could be, still had good glass on most of the cab windows.

The Kettle Morain RR shut down in October of 2001.  It is my understanding both engines are still stored at North Lake.
