I honestly do not understand why Mt. Rainier Scenic never made this engine operational. They have made every other engine large enough for them to use which ever came into their possession operational, so why not this one?

The #10 is the first successful 3-truck Heisler built. It is on display at the depot for Mt. Rainier Scenic Railroad in Elbe, WA.
