This may well dusplay the number-plate of 612 but when delivered new in 1952, Henschel & S 25259/1952 was registered as RFN, GWR of Brazil No. 613, probably now wearing false plates ?

Apparently at least 4 locomotives were destined for Brazil. In this video from the manufacturer we see locomotive 615 leaving the assembly line and a little further on we see the loading/unloading of locomotive 612, the only survivor. https://youtu.be/SUNxBOW1xZU
