Please correct builder to Esslingen 3635 1911. Baldwin 15299 was a 4-4-0 for the Erie RR.

This loco does appear on the Esslingen list as 3635 of 1911 together with 12 to 14.

Loco is a 0-4-0cog, not a 0-4-2cog, it was rebuilt by Esslingen 3635 in 1911 from a compressed air loco built by Esslingen 3475 in 1908.
