Built for Libby-Owens, Gelsenkirchen with no recorded identity. In 1978 it went to the WLH handler in Hattingen as WLH No. 21 but was subsequently rebranded as WLH 25 and was here in that identity until January 2001. In August of that year it went to Kieldampf GmbH, Kiel and, in 2013 was tranferred by low-loader to Hagenow Land.

This locomotive has been kept in storage at Karl Reuschling Locomotive Works, Hattingen/Ruhr, Northrhein Westfalia for many years and appears to be in good order. It is unknown, however, if the locomotive is in working order.
