DB no. 099 750-2 (ex DR no. 99 1786-5) heads out of Cranzahl with the 19.02 departure to Oberwiesenthal on 22 July 1997. The standard-gauge line to Annaberg-Buchholz can be seen in the foreground along with the narrow-gauge crossover which gives access to the narrow-gauge yard to the north of the station.
