This locomotive is, in fact despite my own previous note!, LKM 134027/1957 (NOT xxxO23, apologies, please see previous comments on LKMs numbering ‘system’. It was delivered directly to the DR on the Harz system as No. 99 246, possibly as part of a separate order for two additional locomotives. It was later renumbered as 99 7246 and when DB inherited the system in late 1992 they gave it EDP No. 099 156-2 before, in early 1993, the whole system was snapped up by HSB GmbH and reverted all it’s steam locomotives to their DR identities.

The construction number of this locomotive is 134023 NOT xx27.

This loco 99-7246 and 99-7242 are locked in a shed at Benneckenstein. They both have original frames. The HSB usually open the shed doors for public viewing once a year.

I have a calendar with this Locomotive displayed and would like to learn more about its history and use.
